I began my art journey in February of 2023, shortly after moving to Temple, Texas. At the time, I was helping a friend of a friend with packing when I noticed her watercolor supplies. With pure excitement, I blurted out that I had always wanted to try watercolor painting but never knew where to begin. To my surprise, she kindly gifted me a few essentials—watercolor paper, a brush, and four colors. That very day, I went home and started painting... even though I had no idea what I was doing!

From the very first brushstroke, I was in love.

Since that moment, I’ve grown so much as an artist—and as a person. Creating with watercolor has become a passion that continues to inspire and challenge me. I’ve come a long way in just over two years, and I can honestly say I’ve never looked back.
